The rooms are small, and you have to keep requesting for the wifi password, and TV channels are not recharged for which we have to keep requesting multiple times. and coming to the breakfast ... the number of cooks seen to be limited, we have to keep Waiting for items to get filled/ refilled... due to this shortage of cooks, and food quantity / variety, people literally get into an unpleasant conversations/ quarrels with others. The plates and bowls are also limited and we have to keep waiting to get them. all wet plates and cups will be placed sure to the rush which looks unhygienic The price charged vs the comfort n facilities doesn't match. the only good thing is it's location - it's next to central railway station and centre of the city to find alternate food options to fill ourselves

Whole night no power in the room and adjusted in a small room. Even in next day i was identified that power was restored. Staff told still people are working on the issue.

The image and in reality is different. No proper road to the hotel and very limited parking space. Room was average. The only thing we liked was morning breakfast

The stay was good. It is very near to the Mangalore central station. We have access to auto near to the stay. The initial room which I was alloted was nice and neat at the topmost floor. It adjacent to some ongoing extension area and the tv was also not working properly. As I have expressed the reception about my inconvenience they have given me a better room down the floor which was better than the previous one. The food also is great there.Overal a good experience ✌️

Had a comfortable stay at the hotel, despite the rooms being a bit cozy for 3 adults. The staff were super helpful and always willing to lend a hand, which made a big difference. One thing to note is that since we visited during the off-season, room service wasn't readily available. However, the hotel did allow us to order food from outside and bring it into the hotel, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a nice stay and I'd definitely consider coming back. The staff's hospitality and willingness to help made up for the room's compact size.
